We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient as it was near shopping centers and public transportation. The staff were efficient and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and had a great view.

Convenient and Accessible

This hotel's location is conveniently near malls and other tourist spots. It is easy to go around and explore the surrounding area. The bed sheets are clean, and the air conditioner works great, providing enough comfort during the night.

We were shocked to find small cockroaches in the room. To make matters worse, the spring bed was very uncomfortable, and we could feel the springs digging into our backs.

The only good thing about this place was that it had two complementary facts offered, which was a nice surprise. the location was convenient for accessing nearby food places and transportation. the room was spacious.

My overall experience was negative. There were no toiletries provided, and utensils were an additional charge.

The hotel is well located with access to public transportation and several food options nearby. Additionally, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed sheets were clean in some rooms. Besides that, some laundry facilities, a 24/7 convenience store, and a restaurant were available in the building as well.

The staff's attitude towards guests and the inconsistent room quality were the significant negative points.

Our stay at Oyo 474 Urbandeca Tower 316 - Nizami Condotel was fantastic. The staff were efficient and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They provided detailed information about our room and who to contact for any concerns. The room was well-equipped and clean.

Situation: We encountered a minor issue during our stay when the electricity broke down the night before check out. It took a bit of time for someone to come and fix it, but once they arrived, they resolved the problem.
